Preparation
- Serving size:4.20 oz (calculated)Notes: 7 meatballs
- Temperature: 350 °F
- With your hands, knead together all the ingredients.
- Form balls from about 1 tablespoon worth of meat mix. I like to use a measuring spoon for this.
- Put on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until the meat balls are fully cooked.
- You can serve these as a starter, for example with a dipping sauce made out of yogurt or sour cream, seasoned with fresh mint and cilantro and a bit of cumin and salt.
- Or top your favorite pasta with tomato sauce with them as a great addition to a main.
- Finally, they also make a great buffet option for your next gathering. Stick a toothpick in each meatball and they're good to go.
- You can store the finished meatballs in an airtight container for 5 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. For best results, thaw overnight. Reheat in the microwave or in the oven.
