3½ cups Sweet Corn, canned, drained

1 tsp Chili Powder, spice mix
2 tsp Paprika, ground, mild (spice)

1⅔ cups 1 tbsp Sour Cream, heavy, Crème Fraîche, 30% fat

Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    11.50 oz (calculated)
  1. Chop the onions and carrots and saute them in the olive oil for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped garlic and bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Now add the spices and the tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the corn and kidney beans, then most of the creme fraiche.
  5. Serve with a dollop of creme fraiche.
