Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    12.10 oz (calculated)
Notes: 1 1/2 cups of casserole
  2. Temperature: 350 °F (preheated, circulating air)
  1. In a large pan over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the cream cheese until it has fully melted, about a minute or so.
  3. Add the beef broth and cream and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and let cook until the sauce has reduced a bit and thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mix to an oven-safe dish. For 4 servings, you can use an 8 in by 8 in or a 26 cm by 16 cm baking dish. For 8 servings a 13 in by 9 in casserole works well.
  6. Top with the well drained, canned green beans and sprinkle over the cheeses.
  7. Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and browned, about 25 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  9. Enjoy!
  10. Meal Prep Tip

  11. You can store the dish in an airtight container for 5 days in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer. For best results, thaw overnight. Reheat in the microwave or in the oven.
