Preparation

- Temperature: 392 °F
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
- Place almond flour in one shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine pork rind crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Keep beaten eggs in a third bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces one by one: first in almond flour, then dip into eggs, then coat thoroughly in the pork rind mixture.
- Arrange coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd)
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until nuggets are golden brown and cooked through
