Preparation

  1. Serving size:

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add all of the spices and saute until fragrant, a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the tomato puree and erythritol and stir well.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Enjoy warm or cold as a sauce or condiment.
