Preparation
- Serving size:8.70 oz (calculated)Notes: sufficient as a small main meal
- Cut the turkey breast into bitesize chunks or strips.
- In a pan, heat the avocado oil and brown the turkey over a medium to high heat, about 5 minutes.
- Break the broccoli into small florets.
- Remove the meat from the pan and reduce the heat to medium.
- Add the vegetables and cook them until the spinach wilts, about 3 minutes.
- Add the meat and cream cheese and stir until well combined.
- Season to taste.
- Put into an oven-safe dish and top with parmesan. Either use a casserole or ramekins for individual portions.
- Broil until the parmesan has melted and browned, about 5 minutes.
