Cut the turkey breast into bitesize chunks or strips. In a pan, heat the avocado oil and brown the turkey over a medium to high heat, about 5 minutes. Break the broccoli into small florets. Remove the meat from the pan and reduce the heat to medium. Add the vegetables and cook them until the spinach wilts, about 3 minutes. Add the meat and cream cheese and stir until well combined. Season to taste. Put into an oven-safe dish and top with parmesan. Either use a casserole or ramekins for individual portions. Broil until the parmesan has melted and browned, about 5 minutes.
