Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    5.60 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 1 rectangular piece Stück, about 5 in (12.5 cm) by 6 3/4 in (17.5 cm)
  2. Temperature: 374 °F (upper / lower heat, preheated)
  1. Prepare the dough as described in the recipe.
  2. For the pizza sauce combine the tomato paste with the water and season it with salt and oregano.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce on the rolled out dough and top it with grated Parmesan, salami and mushrooms.
  4. Of course, you can add your favorite toppings instead.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is crisp and the cheese is golden-brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
