Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    8.50 oz (calculated)
    Notes: about 1 3/4 cup of stir-fry, sufficient as a smaller main meal
  1. In a pan over medium heat, add the sesame oil and brown the ground beef in it, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped cabbage and cook for about 10 minutes. The cabbage should start to soften and slightly wilt. You can of course cook it for longer if you prefer the cabbage to be soft.
  3. Add the coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar and pepper and stir.
  4. Season to taste, you can also add sriracha if you like a bit of heat.
  5. Serve with a topping of spring onions and sesame seeds.

  7. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave or oven, then top with the spring onion and sesame seeds.
