Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    14 oz (calculated)
  1. Stir fry the cubed tofu until brown and add onions and ginger for a few minutes.
  2. Stir fry veg with tofu
  3. Blend sauce ingredients and add to veg
  4. Add more water if needed
  5. Toss with cooked shirataki noodles, zoodles or edamame noodle for low carb. Or regular noodles
  6. Serve and
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil
