Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    10.20 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 1 piece measuring about 12 cm by 8 cm by 2.5 cm (4 3/4 in by 3 1/8 in by 1 in); sufficient as a main meal
  2. Temperature: 350 °F

    The meat sauce

  1. In a large pan over medium-high heat, brown the beef, about 5 minutes. You can use pork, chicken or turkey instead, if you prefer.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the alfredo sauce. Season with salt.
  3. The white sauce

  4. In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
  5. The lasagna

  6. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out the excess moisture.
  7. In a large casserole, spread half of the meat sauce.
  8. Top with half of the white sauce, then half of the spinach.
  9. Sprinkle on half of the mozzarella.
  10. Repeat the layers.
  11. Bake until the cheese has melted and turned golden-brown, about half an hour.

  13. You can store the dish in an airtight container for 5 days in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer. If possible, thaw overnight in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave or in the oven.
