Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    4.60 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 1/2 cup of sauteed mushrooms
  1. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  2. In a large pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the mushrooms and saute them for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The mushrooms should start to caramelize.
  4. Stir in the garlic and continue to cook for about a minute or until the garlic is fragrant.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir in the freshly chopped parsley.
  7. Enjoy!
