Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    8.50 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 1 chicken breast, about 6 oz or 170 g of raw meat
  2. Temperature: 375 °F (preheated, circulating air)
  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts.
  2. Mix together the mayo, grated cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Coat the chicken in the mix and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the oven until the chicken is done, about 25 minutes. If you have a meat thermometer, aim for an internal temperature of 160 °F or 71 °C.
