Preparation
- Serving size:8.50 oz (calculated)Notes: 1 chicken breast, about 6 oz or 170 g of raw meat
- Temperature: 375 °F (preheated, circulating air)
- Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts.
- Mix together the mayo, grated cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Coat the chicken in the mix and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven until the chicken is done, about 25 minutes. If you have a meat thermometer, aim for an internal temperature of 160 °F or 71 °C.

- You can store the chicken in an airtight container for 3 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. For best results, thaw overnight. It's best to reheat the chicken in the oven. Alternatively, reheat it in a pan on the stovetop.
