Preparation

  1. Serving size:

  1. Prepare the burger buns as described in the recipe.
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper and form patties (one per serving).
  3. In a large pan over medium-high heat, fry the patties for about 4 minutes.
  4. Flip them, put on a slice of cheese, cover with a lid and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Slice oven the hamburger buns and spread on the mayo.
  6. Put a leaf of lettuce on the bottom half, then the cheese patty and finally the top half of the bun.
