Preparation

- Temperature: 374 °F (upper / lower heat, preheated)
- Combine the flour with the salt and spread it on your working surface.
- Chop the butter and work it into the flour.
- Add the vinegar. Then add only as much water as you need to bring the dough together. Add it bit by bit, about 1 teaspoon.
- Optionally chill the dough until you need it. It's best to wrap it in cling film.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper, a silicon mat or grease it with some oil or butter.
- Thinly roll out the dough. If the dough is not chilled, it's best to cover it with cling film while rolling it out.
- Pierce the dough all over with a fork.
- Top the pizza with the sauce of your choice, grated cheese and toppings.
- Bake the pizza until the crust starts to darken and the cheese has melted and browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let cool for a couple minutes before slicing.
