Combine the flour with the salt and spread it on your working surface. Chop the butter and work it into the flour. Add the vinegar. Then add only as much water as you need to bring the dough together. Add it bit by bit, about 1 teaspoon. Optionally chill the dough until you need it. It's best to wrap it in cling film. Line a baking tray with baking paper, a silicon mat or grease it with some oil or butter. Thinly roll out the dough. If the dough is not chilled, it's best to cover it with cling film while rolling it out. Pierce the dough all over with a fork. Top the pizza with the sauce of your choice, grated cheese and toppings. Bake the pizza until the crust starts to darken and the cheese has melted and browned, about 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool for a couple minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
