For the dressing
1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    4 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 1 cup of sesame cucumber salad
  1. Spiralize the cucumber and put it in a sieve to drain the excess moisture. Alternatively, finely slice the cucumber.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing.
  3. Pat dry the cucumber, then toss it in the dressing.
  4. Serve the salad topped with 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds.
  5. Enjoy!
