Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    6.50 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 1/2 pizza with a diameter of 25 cm or 10 in
  2. Temperature: 356 °F (preheated, circulating air)
  1. Prepare and pre-bake the crust as described in the recipe.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and roughly chop the ham slices.
  3. Mix together the tomato paste, water, oregano and salt and pepper for a quick and easy pizza sauce. Alternatively, use your favorite Marinara sauce.
  4. Thinly spread the tomato sauce on the pre-baked crust.
  5. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  6. Top with the mushroom slices and ham.
  7. Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and the ham starts to crisp, about 10 minutes. Optionally broil until the cheese is golden-brown, about a minute or two.
