Preparation
- Serving size:6.50 oz (calculated)Notes: 1/2 pizza with a diameter of 25 cm or 10 in
- Temperature: 356 °F (preheated, circulating air)
- Prepare and pre-bake the crust as described in the recipe.
- Slice the mushrooms and roughly chop the ham slices.
- Mix together the tomato paste, water, oregano and salt and pepper for a quick and easy pizza sauce. Alternatively, use your favorite Marinara sauce.
- Thinly spread the tomato sauce on the pre-baked crust.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Top with the mushroom slices and ham.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and the ham starts to crisp, about 10 minutes. Optionally broil until the cheese is golden-brown, about a minute or two.
