Preparation

  1. Serving size:

    Notes: 1/2 pizza with a diameter of 32.5 cm or 12 3/4 in
  1. Prepare and pre-bake the crust as described in the recipe.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and roughly chop the ham slices.
  3. Mix together the tomato paste, water, oregano and salt and pepper for a quick and easy pizza sauce. Alternatively, use your favorite Marinara sauce.
  4. Thinly spread the tomato sauce on the pre-baked crust.
  5. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  6. Top with the mushroom slices and ham.
  7. Broil until the cheese has melted and browned to your liking, about 3 minutes. Alternatively, bake in the oven until the toppings are done.
