Preparation

  1. In a food processor, mince the cauliflower until it resembles rice.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the cauliflower and season to taste.
  4. Stir until the cauliflower is coated in butter.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve as a low-carb alternative to rice.
