⅜ cup 2 tsp Coconut Cream, liquid expressed from grated meat
⅜ cup 4⅜ tsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
3 tbsp Xylitol, Birch Sugar, granulated

Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    4.30 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 1/2 cup of mousse; sufficient as an indulgent dessert
  1. In a blender, mix together all the ingredients until you get a smooth mousse.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Serve with a topping of desiccated coconut.
  4. Tip: If you cannot get coconut cream, put a can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight and use the solids only.
