Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    1.40 oz (calculated)
    ¼ cup (by recipe creator)
  1. Chop up the chocolate. If you have a food processor, you can blend the chocolate in it.
  2. Set aside about 1/8 of the chocolate.
  3. Microwave the bulk of the chocolate for 1 minute at 600 Watts.
  4. Stir. If the chocolate is not melted yet, continue to microwave in 10-second blasts, stirring in between.
  5. Once melted, stir in the remaining chocolate and the peanuts.
  6. After a minute or two, spread the mix on a sheet of parchment paper or wax paper. Make sure all peanuts are coated with chocolate.
  7. Let cool completely.
  8. Break into bite-sized chunks and store in an airtight container.
