Preparation
- Serving size:1.40 oz (calculated)¼ cup (by recipe creator)
- Chop up the chocolate. If you have a food processor, you can blend the chocolate in it.
- Set aside about 1/8 of the chocolate.
- Microwave the bulk of the chocolate for 1 minute at 600 Watts.
- Stir. If the chocolate is not melted yet, continue to microwave in 10-second blasts, stirring in between.
- Once melted, stir in the remaining chocolate and the peanuts.
- After a minute or two, spread the mix on a sheet of parchment paper or wax paper. Make sure all peanuts are coated with chocolate.
- Let cool completely.
- Break into bite-sized chunks and store in an airtight container.
