Preparation
- Serving size:9 oz (calculated)Notes: 1 chicken breast (6 oz or 170 g raw)
- Temperature: 375 °F
- Put the chicken breasts in an oven-safe dish.
- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Mix together the tomatoes, cream cheese and garlic powder.
- Evenly spread the mix on the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle with the mozzarella.
- Bake until the chicken is done, about 25 to 30 minutes. If you have a meat thermometer, aim for an internal temperature of 165 F or 74 C.
- Serve, for example with a side of vegetables or a salad.
- You can store the dish in an airtight container for 3 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. For best results, thaw overnight. Reheat in the microwave or in the oven.
