Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    10.80 oz (calculated)
    Notes: about 1 cup of meat and 3/4 cup of sauce
  1. Cut the chicken breast lengthwise.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium high heat.
  3. Brown the chicken strips in the pan.
  4. Add the garam masala and stir until the spices cover the chicken nicely.
  5. Stir in the chopped bell pepper and the cream.
  6. Cover with a lid, reduce to medium low heat and let cook until the chicken is done, about 15 minutes.
  7. Season to taste and serve garnished with some chopped cilantro.
