Preparation

- Clean some large portobello mushrooms, also removing their stems if present.
 - Press the sausage meat into the mushrooms, leaving an indentation in the middle.
 - Top with 1 tablespoons of ricotta, 1/2 tablespoon of tomato sauce and sprinkle with 1 tablespoons of grated cheese.
 - Put in an oven-safe dish and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven or until the sausage meat is fully cooked through.
 - Serve a single mushroom as a starter, or 2 to 3 as a main.
