½ cup ⅜ tsp Olive Oil
2  (ea. 0.11 oz) Garlic, raw
⅞ cup 1 tsp Parmigiano Reggiano, Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

  1. Serving size:

  1. In a food processor, blend the sun-dried tomatoes with the oil. You can use the oil the tomatoes were packed in for this.
  2. Add the minced garlic, ground almonds, parmesan and lemon juice and continue to blend.
  3. Finally, add some chopped, fresh basil leaves and blend briefly one last time.
  4. Enjoy it with pasta, spread it on white bread or use it as a filling for stuffed chicken breast. It's also a great dip or salad dressing.
