1⅙ cups 2 tsp String Beans, Snap, Green, raw
2.75 oz Bacon, Pancetta, Cured Pork Belly

Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    5.20 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 3 bacon-wrapped parcels with 5 green beans each
  1. In a pot, bring the broth to a boil.
  2. Add the cleaned green beans and cover with a lid.
  3. Let steam for about 15 minutes or until the green beans begin to soften. They should still have some bite.
  4. Drain and let cool.
  5. Cut strips of bacon in half and wrap parcels of about 5 green beans in each half strip.
  6. Brush the parcels with the oil.
  7. In a pan over high heat, cook the parcels for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until the bacon is nice and crisp.
