Preparation
- Serving size:3.26 oz (calculated)Notes: 3 Black Tiger prawns wrapped in bacon
 
- Wash and pat dry the prawns. We like to use Black Tiger prawns.
 - Wrap each prawn in half a strip of bacon.
 - Mix the oil and lemon juice and brush each bacon-wrapped prawn with it on both sides.
 - In a large pan, cook the prawns over medium to high heat until the bacon has browned and the prawn is cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. You do not want to overcook the prawns, else they will turn rubbery.
 - Season to taste.
 - Serve as a starter, for example on a bed of salad or wilted spinach.
