Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    1 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 1 muesli bar, 20 g (about 2 cm wide, 10 cm long, 1 cm thick)
  2. Temperature: 266 °F
  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Between two sheets of cling film, roll out a rectangle about 16 cm x 20 cm (6.3 in by 8 in).
  3. Cut in half parallel to the long side, and in eighths parallel to the short side.
  4. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then flip over and bake for another 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
