Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    15 oz (calculated)
    Notes: The dough is sufficient for a cake pan with a diameter of 28 cm or 11 inches.
  1. Chop up the cold butter and mix it with the flour and salt until you get a crumbly consistency.
  2. Now add cold water bit by bit until the dough comes together.
  3. Form into a ball, wrap with clingfilm and rest for at least an hour in the fridge. You can leave it in the fridge overnight, too.
