Preparation instructions
Temp:
Temperature:
Melt the grated cheese in the microwave for 1 minute at 600 Watts. Stir, then microwave for another minute. If the cheese is not fully melted yet, continue in 30 second blasts. Mix in the remaining ingredients until they are mostly combined. Knead the dough with your hands until everything is well combined. Spread out the dough in a circle with a diameter of about 11 3/4 in or 30 cm and bake for 5 minutes. Flip the crust and bake it for another 3 or so minutes. Use as a pizza base: add tomato sauce and toppings, sprinkle with more cheese and broil until the cheese has melted and browned to your liking.
