Combine the cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Melt the butter. Cut the chicken breast into strips lengthwise. You should get about 4 strips per chicken breast. Alternatively, use chicken tenders. Dip each piece of meat in the butter, then roll in the seasoning mix. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake until the chicken is done, about 12 minutes. Optionally broil until the chicken crisps up, about 2 minutes. Serve, for example with a side of vegetables or salad. Don't discard the meat juices. Especially if you're having mash or something similar with the dish, it makes a great sauce.
