Preparation

- Temperature: 400 °F
- Melt the grated cheese in the microwave for 1 minute at 600 Watts.
- Stir, then microwave for another minute.
- If the cheese is not fully melted yet, continue in 30 second blasts.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients until they are mostly combined.
- Knead the dough with your hands until everything is well combined.
- Spread out the dough in a circle with a diameter of about 11 3/4 in or 30 cm and bake for 5 minutes.
- Flip the crust and bake it for another 3 or so minutes.
- Use as a pizza base: add tomato sauce and toppings, sprinkle with more cheese and broil until the cheese has melted and browned to your liking.
